In the mid-90s, I first heard about Leister Pro's Reunion software for Mac, from a genealogy pro who is a Mac user, and bought what was then version 4 of Reunion. I've been researching family history and working on genealogy since about 1980, when everything was paper or microfiche. I would highly-recommend LeisterPro's REUNION for Mac v12. As with many of these genealogy programs (and, in fact, many types of apps today), 'feature creep' has added more features and functions to these apps than most people will need to undertake the basic and important stuff. (Not 'Rocket Surgery' -) I believe I may have read the odd page here and there, but mostly just started using it and never looked back.
